Returns

You may return most unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for return, unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after inspection.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number.
  2. We will provide return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back to us.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
